The living room include a 55′ SMART TV with local IPTV (incl. sports, tv series, features movies etc.). High Speed Internet is free!

A large covered terrace with table & chairs is great for outside dining or sipping cocktails while watching the sunset.

The complex is sound protected with concrete walls, hurricane resistant sliding glass doors and hurricane shutters. The gate is electronically secured with access via remote, and offers secured parking.
