ITEMS TO NOTE

– Smoking Policy: The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside the apartment. Smoking in the balcony only with the closing doors.
